• 03.03.26 Boxing Classes for over 50s
  Keighley Amateur Boxing Club has started a boxing exercise class for the Over 50s. Sessions are held at our gym in Keighley Business Centre each Thursday afternoon from 12.30 to 2pm.

  Today in our English class at the Good Shepherd Centre we had 8 nationalities in one room, learning together, supporting each other and building friendships.

  Come along and grab a bargain. The Complete Clothing Company will be bringing a great selection of clothes, accessories & bags available to buy on the night. High street labels & boutique fashion at great prices!
